With over 35 years of experience in playing and coaching hockey, Brad Perry has dedicated his career to revolutionizing how hockey skills are taught and learned in the modern game.
The Journey
Brad Perry picked up the game at thirteen — which was already years behind most of his competition. Catching up meant learning fast, and adapting faster. It wasn't about natural ability. From long bus rides through junior leagues to coaching camps at hundreds of rinks across North America, he built skill through experience.
The climb from beginner to pro didn't come from shortcuts or luck. It came from being comfortable being uncomfortable. Brad learned to turn every mistake into feedback, every loss into a lesson, and that mindset carried him all the way to a cup of coffee in the minor leagues with the Toledo Storm. That experience is what drives him to help others reach their goals.
Why Aether?
The Rare Air.
In ancient mythology, Aether was the fifth element — the pure, luminous substance that filled the heavens above the clouds. The rare air where the gods resided, untouched by the ordinary world below.
We named this platform after it deliberately. Not because elite players are gods. But because that level of play — the clean mechanics, the precise decisions, the instincts built through thousands of correct reps — exists in a different atmosphere than most players ever reach.
