These terms govern your use of Aether Hockey. Please read them carefully.
About Aether Hockey
Aether Hockey is an online hockey training platform operated by Brad Perry Enterprises LLC, based in Arizona. By creating an account or accessing any content on AetherHockey.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aetherhockey.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (Aether Player and others) are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free tier until payment is resolved.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for subscription charges. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@aetherhockey.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content on Aether Hockey, including training videos, drills, coaching methodologies, written articles, and platform design, is owned by Brad Perry Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or share any content outside the platform without explicit written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; resell, redistribute, or re-upload platform content; attempt to circumvent paywalls or access controls; scrape, copy, or systematically download content; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate Aether Hockey or its team members.
Aether Alliance Ambassadors (AAA) Program
Participation in the Aether Alliance Ambassadors (AAA) program is subject to separate program terms provided at enrollment. Commission rates and tier thresholds may be updated at any time with 30 days' notice. AAA Ambassador relationships do not create employment, partnership, or agency relationships. Brad Perry Enterprises LLC reserves the right to terminate AAA Ambassador participation for violation of program terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Aether Hockey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that training content will produce specific athletic results. All training advice is for informational and educational purposes. Consult a qualified coach or medical professional before beginning any new training program. You assume all risk associated with the application of any advice or techniques presented on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brad Perry Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aether Hockey, including any injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Arizona for any such disputes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of Aether Hockey after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
