Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Aether Hockey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Aether Hockey. Users under 18 require parental consent.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Intellectual Property
All content on Aether Hockey — including videos, drills, coaching methodologies, and written material — is owned by Aether Hockey or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to share your account credentials, resell or redistribute content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use Aether Hockey in any way that violates applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Aether Hockey is provided "as is." We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the platform or the application of any training advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any new training program.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
