Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the transaction and your subscription status, but your full card number is never stored on our servers. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, content accessed) to improve the platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: create and manage your account; process subscription payments; send transactional emails (receipts, password resets) and, if you opt in, training updates and newsletters; provide customer support; and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data as part of delivering Aether Hockey: Stripe (payment processing); Supabase (secure database and authentication infrastructure); Resend (transactional email delivery); Vercel (hosting and infrastructure). Each service operates under its own privacy policy and is bound by data processing agreements where applicable.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We limit access to personal data to authorized personnel only. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand how the platform is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality such as staying logged in.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., billing records).
Your Rights
You have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Children's Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Aether Hockey after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
